For me it’s always been about getting better at SEO because better search engine optimization means more money for me. I am not greedy but I can’t see the logic in throwing away money by slacking off.

When I write articles I think of how much I am saving and how easy it is to get traffic to my web sites with them. Very cost effective way to market I’d say. But if you don’t optimize for search engine traffic it just may not do as well you might have hoped so…

Search Engine Optimization Is Important, Errr Vital

I don’t believe there really is a duplicate content penalty but one thing is for certain original articles that are optimize will out perform duplicate content that isn’t, every time. I will admit that sometimes, just sometimes we optimize without realizing it but keep in mind that unique is value.

Search engine optimization means you will focus on the money words in your articles. These are keywords that have competition in the search engines. Competition is good and the proper optimization of your keywords can put you ahead of the rest, so it’s worth the time and effort.

The words you chose as your keywords should be used sparingly so that they aren’t picked up as spamming by the search engines. The term keyword density covers this area. Only use about 3% density so as not to over use the phrase and you will do fine.

I Don’t Have The Time To Write Articles

When I started online it was easy to write for my sites as I had only a couple but as the number of sites grew so did my frustration at not being able to keep up with it all. This is the point in my business that I made the biggest mistake. I used private label rights articles, which isn’t wrong, but I didn’t modify them at all, and that is wrong.

It took me a while to realize but when I started seeing my PageRank drop I knew I had done something wrong. That’s when I began modifying the articles I buy that are not unique.

I do pay people now to write articles for me when I need them for a site I don’t feel I can come up with content on my own. I don’t pay a lot per article and they do a great job, because they know I will go elsewhere if they don’t, so I get content that’s unique and of course keyworded too.

Fortunately, if you are finding it hard to keep up the quality, you can find article writing services online at great prices. Here is one service I use and have not had a single negative experience. Even when their site said it would be slow because of demand they were still faster than other services I have used.
