3 Easy Ways ToEarn Cash As A Blogger

Playing around on the internet can be quite fun. But even better, it can also be profitable. This is especially true of creating and maintaining a blog. You can make money blogging if you know what you’re doing. Here are three simple strategies that you can try to bring in some extra cash.

One good strategy, and probably the most profitable, is called the “flagship method.” In this method, you develop just a few blogs and devote massive energy and effort toward making them extremely popular within their respective niches. The goal is a flagship blog with a large audience and high daily visitor counts.

People who use the flagship method do so because the potential is there for generating a lot of money. However, there are even more who avoid this method because of the amount of time needed to generate that income. Usually you have to spend months building up your site, and most of that time you’re not making much or any money. Bottom line: It takes time.

But the payoff can be huge. This type of mega-blog can have many types of monetization options. Chief among them is direct advertising sales.

Not everyone will want to try the flagship method of blogging. Only try this method if you know you have knowledge in a niche area, as well as the marketing skill and networking know-how to make it work.

Another popular method that many people use to make money online via blogging is known as the pay-per-post blogging method. Under this technique, you set up many more blogs than with the flagship method. These can either be on your own domain or with free blog host sites such as Wordpress or Blogger. You then maintain all of these blogs for a span of time, focusing on creating content and building up each one’s Google PageRanks, link profiles and Alexa Ranks.

You must spend the necessary time to submit each blog to pay-to-blog sites such as LoudLaunch, Review Me, PayPerpost, Blogitive, Sponsored Reviews, Blogsvertise, and others, for their advertisers to consider sponsoring your blog post about their product - which in reality are meant to sell products in the guise of a blog post.

The chief disadvantage to this method, though, is that you’ll have no passive income. Therefore in order to make money, you have to take the time - sometimes lots of time - creating numerous sponsored posts, which some people consider boring and time-consuming.

A third way of making money blogging is through automated blogging. This involves setting up some blogs that pull content automatically from search engines, RSS feeds and news sources, all of which serve as content for your site. The money then comes from context ads such as Google Adsense or similar programs. The advantage to this method is that, after you’ve set it up, you spend little time maintaining it. The disadvantage is that profits are likely to be quite low unless you set up a huge number of blogs (Commonly one such blog will provide you about a month).

Whichever method or methods you choose, you’ll doubtless find that blogging is a fun and fulfiling way of making some extra money. Try one or two of these and watch the extra money start coming in.

Make Money Online With A Niche Marketing Focus

Want to make money online with niche marketing, but don’t know how? Keyword research, how to go about it? Let me help you with some of the basics.

There are thousands of niche markets, complete with customers who are “ready to buy”! You want to find a niche with people who are “ready to buy” than supply the information, product, or service they are actively searching for. To make money with your niche blog you need to give your visitor something they really want or need. Often, your visitors are just looking for more information, and you should be ready and willing to supply it…for a price.

Choosing a niche in which you have some interest or even expertise is a good idea. Writing can be hard work, so you may as well enjoy it. Regardless of what you’re interested in, there will be niche opportunities available.

It all starts with keyword research, what is the keyword or keyword phrases used in the search engines for the niche. If you were searching for information on “growing short red roses” you could use the search term “gardening” but you would probably not get the results you were seeking. Taken one step further, if you wanted information on “how to grow short red roses” that is what you would type in the search engine to get the relative information you were wanted. Today’s Internet can be a very competitive environment, so start with small tightly targeted niches (with little competition) to get up and running quickly. Why search engine traffic? Because search engine traffic is by far the easiest to make money with.

What tools can you use to find money making niche markets? Google’s keyword tool works well for me-and it’s FREE (I love free stuff!). When using this tool, I make sure the keywords I target a very relevant, and have profit potential because of their CPC (cost-per-click. To get the most accurate results be sure to use the “exact match” option. I would go after some less competitive keywords especially when your just starting out. Try building your site around, say 10-20 long-tail keywords that are relevant to each other. Use them in post titles and in the body text, as well as anchor text in linking back to your niche blog.

Finding money making niches isn’t really that difficult, just take your time, and do your homework, because targeting an unprofitable niche takes just as much time as targeting a money-maker.

One of the biggest debates on the internet is as to whether or not articles still work as a form of SEO, brand name exposure and overall marketing. For a vast amount of time people have been using articles to increase their search positions from the links that they are able to generate. A lot of big name SEOs swear that it no longer works.

But putting it simply article marketing is still probably one of the most effective forms of promotion online. There is a reason why a lot of article directories still rank very highly for competitive key phrases and its because they are offering something that the internet and search engines crave for, content.

If a world wide web master is producing a constant flow of relevant and unique content and distributing it through the world wide www, why should they not be rewarded for that? They are basically marking themselves as an authority figure in their niche. As well as this they are also helping other visitors educate themselves.

The only thing I would say is be careful where you submit too although article directories still work there are some directories that could be classed as a bad neighbourhood. This could be because of many reasons, they could simply be listing nothing but matching content, or have no moderation in place, so they will be open to spammers. Besides from this they may have also been hit for selling links if that is something that they actively practice.

But summing up article marketing is by all odds one of the better ways to establish a new site, build a brand and build exposure. Just make sure that you are creating unique content and your rewards will be great. The saying content is king was created for a specific reason and that was because it actually works.

Todays budding blogger has a wide range of blogging platforms to choose from. Wordpress, LiveJournal, Blogspot, Squidoo and many others all seem to boast similar features at face value.

With all the available blogging platforms, deciding which will meet your blogging needs can be a daunting task. There is a market leader though - Wordpress. This is the “blog of choice” for most professional bloggers.

Wordpress, like the majority of other blogging platforms, is free to use. It stands out from it’s competitors for other reasons, such as a higher storage allowance (a quite huge 3 gigs) Additionally, Wordpress permits you to install their platform on to your own personal website, which most other blogging platforms don’t allow. Should you install Wordpress on your own domain, which isn’t necessary but is recommended, you’ll have complete control over it and you are given all the bandwidth your internet hosting plan allows. No more 3 gig limit!

It’s common for blogging platforms to let their users host images, but Wordpress offers another another advantage in that as well as hosting images, you can also host other types of files, such as PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Open Office files, and PDFs.

A further benefit of Wordpress over other blogging platforms is it’s open-sourced nature. This gives bloggers a great amount of flexibility. This reason alone has drawn in many users that previously used the other platforms. Appearance and widgets can be customized completely, making it possible for you to recreate the exact impression of your blog that you’ve formed in your head.

So, lets quickly review why Wordpress is the preferred choice for bloggers. We see that we have the option to house the blog on our own sever. We have the function to host a wide range of file types, and the open source nature of Wordpress code that gives us limitless flexibility. Now is the time for you non Wordpress users to follow the example of professional bloggers!

Private Label Rights Articles

Private Label Rights Articles

In 2001 I started building web sites based on my hobbies and interests. It was pretty easy to come up with content, at the beginning.

At that time I only had two web sites so there wasn’t much pressure. I figured the more the merrier and started increasing the number of web sites I owned and worked. That’s when it became a lot harder to manage new content.

I think it was once I reached about 10 blogs I hit a wall and just couldn’t keep coming up with new content. It was right about that time I discovered private label rights articles.

What are Private Label Rights Articles?

Private Label Rights (PLR) articles are articles or other content written by people who turn around and sell the content as is PLUS they give those that purchase the right to do what ever to the articles. They essentially become your own content to do with as you will.

NOTE: Even though private label rights articles can be used as is I believe from personal experience that you should modify the articles at least 30%. This will make them somewhat unique and may just perform better for you.

What’s The Cost Involved in Private Label Rights articles?

PLR article can varie when it comes to cost but they are still a whole lot less than paying for individual articles.

I purchased a 25 pack of PLR gardening articles at $12.95 whereas I pay between $5.00 and $10.00 for a single article to be written to my specs.

All I had to do was modify each article slightly and it becomes mine and is less likely to get filtered for duplicate content.

Making Money Using Private Label Rights Articles

Let me give a couple of examples of how I make money with private label rights products.

Method One: Build Content With PLR

I have a travel site that has been producing $100 a month U.S. for a couple of years now and it has absolutely zero content created by me. That’s right, it’s 100% private label rights articles.

Do you think I started a second and then a third travel site using PLR articles? You bet I did.

NOTE: It only takes me about 1 minute to upload a PLR article to my travel sites and I am done. Well I usually go in and add a picture to the top left corner as that seems to please my visitors. So for 30 minutes of work a month I earn $100 U.S.

Method Two - Affiliate Marketing with PLR Articles

I started a garden site that was all my own content at the beginning but once I saw the power of private label rights I thought I would start to add PLR articles in with my own articles and my site grew twice as fast and I started making sales for gardening products.

Next I started doing the same thing with one of my fishing blogs and started making more sales.

I use a variety of affiliate managing sites to meet the needs of my blogs. I use Commission Junction, LinkShare, ShareASale, ClickBank and a few others. There is an endless supply of affiliate programs that should meet your needs, you just need to get out your favorite search engine and start searching.

PLR Articles Are Worth The Money

The PLR article packages I buy usually cost me about $10 for 25 articles. Sometimes they cost more but not much more.

Now, the best part of private label rights content is that it doesn’t work to earn money just once. They continue to produce sales months and years into the future.

So a set of articles that only cost you $10 or so dollars can be slightly tweaked in just a few minutes and they become your unique content.

Think About The Cost Involved In Your Success

Let me begin by saying, I don’t think people would use PLR articles for a site they have no intention of making money with. For me personally PLR articles are all about how I can make more money online without increasing the hours I work online.

So, let’s get down to earning here for a minute.

I will assume you have a domain already and are getting it hosted at a reasonable price. I pay about $10.00 a year per domain and I never pay more than $5.00 a month for hosting. So I would have to earn about $70.00 a year to break even.

Now you go out and purchase a 25 pack of private label rights articles for $10.00. Your articles would only have to make $70.00 a year to break even. That is less than $6.00 a month. Any more than that and you are in the profit.

Places To Purchase Private Label Rights Articles

I have found that I can’t buy all the PLR articles I need for the various blogs and web sites I have so I need to go to more than one Private Label Rights sites to find what I need.

Reliable PLR

You can also get monthly PLR articles, month after month, with some PLR memberships.

Article Marketing Automation (AMA) - You can also submit your own articles so that other members can use them. A great way to get a ton of backlinks to your sites.
